We really like this plugin and we are willing to buy the pro version. Please tell us how to purchase if this will fix it and we get support.

Hi @websista,

Hi @websista,
We have tested with all the plugins and exact Divi theme version you mentioned in your message and everything is working fine on our setup.
1. We would recommend you to update Mailpoet and other plugins and see if it helps.
2. Try disabling other plugins, keeping ours and see if it fixes the issue. Currently we couldn’t find any errors.
3. If still you get these errors, please send us a screenshot of your browser console window. You can do this while viewing Gravity Forms Form editing screen, Right Click >> Inspect >> Console ( In Google Chrome ).
Hope this helps.
Thank you,
Tikweb Team

Hi @websista ,
We have tested with your setup (theme, plugin etc) and our setup is working without errors. Now it’s really hard for us to actually view what errors in code you are getting to debug the issue and fix it. Please refer back to my previous comment and on point 3, I have requested for chrome console screen info. Hope this will help us to debug the issue.
We will need to see Chrome console errors lists on Gravity Forms Edit screen, where you actually face the issue with our plugin turned on.
If you need info about how to see the Browser console errors, please refer to this video.
Hope this will help you to send us relevant info to inspect your issue and provide a solution.
Thank you,
Tikweb Team
Hello abdurtikweb,
Here is the screenshot you requested. My apologies for missing this request in the previous comment.

Hi websista,
Thank you for providing the console screenshot.
By inspecting the errors, we can confirm this is a very specific issue with your setup and we couldn’t recreate the errors on our setups with exact WordPress, Gravity Forms and our plugin versions.
This is most likely a issue with your setup and relates to Gravity Forms JavaScript files/implementations. With the current information, it’s not possible for us to fix this error as we couldn’t recreate this on our setups and no one else reported such issues with their sites.
We are sorry for not being able to help you on this. Although we really want to help you fix this, but this issue is very specific to your website’s setup.
If you need any other assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you,
Tikweb Team (Tikweb.dk)
