So, my client loaded the page and it just broke, this has been working for awhile and it broke by itself. Below is a whole list of what I have tried. Also, IDK if it helps, but in the wordpress editor of that page, where the gallery should be, is red warning triangles.

    1. The plugin is up to date
    2. WordPress is up to date
    3. Its a custom theme, switched to 2013, 2014, and 2016 themes and it still did not work
    4. disable all plugins, still broken
    5. re-downloaded the plugin to see if the installation was missing something, still broken
    6. No server errors to help point in the right direction
    7. No browser errors either

This is a test site of the live site so it is password protected, so the UN and PW below allows you to view the site. The top gallery you will see is very screwed up, and that is what happens after I make a new gallery. Also, try going to the next page of any of the gallery’s.

    UN: greaterreading
    PW: 39j3hs

    Any help would be great,
    Brett

I tried clearing my cache, tried different computers, the issues above are still there. Also tried the plugin on other site’s on my server and those are fine, so my server is fine.

Also, made sure file permissions are good, in case that was an issue, which it wasn’t lol.

Erm…the red triangles caught my attention.
If you go into a post/page with a gallery, then remove the gallery and add it again – does it still show a red triangle?

Yes, keeping in mind the red triangles only show inside the wordpress editor, not on the actual page as you can see, the images show fine. Thanks though.

Yep, was just checking if re-adding the gallery to a post/page would fix that. Did you try creating new thumbnails?

no, as im not sure how to do that.

@bshenk – There are some inconsistent gallery paths for the images on the landing page of your test site … can you check you recent galleries versus “older” galleries to see if their paths look consistent?

Also, what are you seeing under Gallery > Other Options > Image Options for the gallery path? It appears like you are using a Multisite structure but I suspect this is a single site installation …

This is what was there by default as I did not change anything.

I made some tweaks and this is what it is now.

That resolved the images showing up in full size, now only issue is the pagination not working correctly, any advice?

@bshenk – The “blank” fields and unselected radio options have me thinking the installation is not happening correctly.

I would suggest a reset in this case, please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

I’m also suggesting the external plugin because although the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options would accomplish the same I believe it may fail due to the existing underlying condition(s).

    Thanks!
