    Hello,

I added this plugin and it broke the "Add Media" button on all my pages and posts. The image gallery still uploads images I just can't insert them into a post/page via the add media button. I am using WP 3.9.1

    Thanks,
    Amanda

Can you try to add media while your browser's console is open (see http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis ).

    Are there any errors listed?

Also, could you activate Debugging within Settings->WP Super Cache->Debug and duplicate the problem, then send in the log? That should give us more info too.

At first glance, I don't see a reason that we'd be impacting the Add Media function, so I appreciate your help in troubleshooting the issue.

    Cheers!

This is what I received in the Chrome developer tool
    http://devo.terra.softfocus.com/wp-content/themes/flatsome/images/w3plugin_error.png:

Here are the results from the debug:

This is running on a staging site, but I am getting the same problems on the live site.

    Thank you for your help,
    Amanda

From the Chrome error message, it looks like your server is failing when loading the ajax PHP. On your server, there are likely some entries in your server's PHP error log regarding that page.

Can you check and share what you find? The debug looks clean at initial look, so I suspect whatever is causing the error with the admin-ajax.php will be helpful to look at next.

Interestingly enough I am suddenly having the same exact issue; alas only in Google Chrome; and only from 1 PC ....

Disregard: My error was Error 400 - a simple cookie clear resolved everything.
