Broadcasting not working to 4th site

Hi,

We’re running ThreeWP Broadcast on a multisite which initially had three sites. Boardcasting worked perfectly.

We since added another site, so we now have 4 sites in the setup, however the 4th site is not recieving new broadcasts.

Another issue noticed, is that recently, when broadcasting, certain blog post settings would get ruined, for eg. the post preview is set to 25 words, after a broadcast it changes on all other sites to 100 words. Not sure where to start troubleshooting?
