    Hi guys!

    Author of Broadcast here.

I’ve added support for NS Cloner to Broadcast so that parent posts get the new blog’s posts as children. If you think this is relevant to your users (I have quite a few users using NS Cloner and Broadcast together) then feel free to mention this somewhere.

Awesome! Many thanks for letting us know – this is something that we’ve wanted to officially support for a long time. At one point we had experimental support and workflow for our two plugins working nicely together, but I think somewhere along the way it might have broken, and we never found the time to revisit it.

One request we see often from our users is keeping clones in sync with their source sites, and we’ve always thought Broadcast + NS Cloner make a great combination for this. We’ve also thought about trying to build “sync” fully into the Cloner but that’s a big undertaking and we are putting resources into different cloning fronts right now.

At any rate, this is great timing because we’re working on a “How To” series of content and videos related to the Cloner, and I think something like “How to copy sites and keep their content in sync automatically” using NS Cloner and Broadcast would be a great addition to this series. Our support and content staff will get to work on this and we’ll let you know when it’s live!
