Broadcast post as link?

    Do you have a way with this plugin, or with one of your add-on packs to broadcast a post as a link format post type with just a link back to the main page? Currently when you broadcast a post it copies the media from that post to the sites you are broadcasting to. Often, all we really want is a post to show up that links back to the main post, which can be achieved with the “link” post format and permalink of the main post specified in the link meta field.

    The only additional copying that should probably happen is for the featured imaged, if specified.

    What you could try do is enable the admin > Broadcast > tab: SEO > “Use parent permalink” option.

    Depending on where the link appears, it could link back directly to the parent post. Try that out and see if it works for you.
