# Brinkster – Keep getting database errors

 * Hello Fellow WordPress members,
 * I have installed wordpress located in this file structure:
 * [http://www.lizandmike.net/theremodel/](http://www.lizandmike.net/theremodel/)
 * After installation I go here: [http://www.lizandmike.net/theremodel/wp-admin/](http://www.lizandmike.net/theremodel/wp-admin/)
   and begin following the steps to install. What bothers me at first is that the
   wordpress image is broken and after I input my title and email I get a bunch 
   of database errors (the following is a snippet):
 * Notice: Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in C:\Sites\Premium9\cubspumoni\webroot\
   theremodel\wp-settings.php on line 81
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at C:\Sites\Premium9\cubspumoni\webroot\theremodel\wp-settings.php:81) in C:\
   Sites\Premium9\cubspumoni\webroot\theremodel\wp-admin\install.php on line 17
 * WordPress database error: [Incorrect information in file: ‘.\cubspumoni\wp_comments.
   frm’]
    DESCRIBE wp_comments;
 * WordPress database error: [Incorrect information in file: ‘.\cubspumoni\wp_comments.
   frm’]
    SHOW INDEX FROM wp_comments;
 * but when I scroll to the bottom it says success.
 * Can anyone suggest what I can do?
 * In the Brinkster C-Panel I created the folder “theremodel” under the webroot 
   folder.
