I took over a client’s website (very old website) and we needed to update the booking plugin to make sure it worked as expected.
After moving the website and installing the latest version I had a few issues to do with server permissions and a few other bugs which were unrelated to the plugin.
I emailed their support and they got back to me almost instantly and helped me diagnose the problem. As I said… it was a server issue and nothing to do with the plugin and we are back up and running again.
Can’t thanks the support guy enough for being so fast at getting back to me so that it was back working and bringing in sales again!
