# Brilliant Support

 * I have used S2 member (Free Framework)for several years on a number of sites.
   I have one site that uses the pro version. I have not needed support in all that
   time.
    Recently I had a problem on the site with the Pro version. The problem
   was sorted in a very short time and even though the fault was totally my fault,(
   nothing to do with S2 member,)
 * I have tried other plugins for membership sites but nothing beats S2 member. 
   every instance of something I want to do has been included with this plugin. 
   It is simply brilliant as a membership plugin.
 * Support really is second to none, never are you made to feel you should know 
   better or you should go away for being so thick. courteous, patient and knowledgeable
   about all aspects of their software. I wish Websharks made themes.
