    Hello and good day to you 🙂

    I would love my clients to schedule their appointment first and then let them pay afterwards, not the other way around as enabled by your plugin 😉

    The reason is, because I believe, that most of my clients, who are basically willing to book the call, will rather bounce if they don’t know about the availability prior to purchasing the call.

    If there’s a workaround for this please let me know 😀

    Hi @saschinger – thanks for using the plugin and for your message.

    I think your best option here would be to point your clients to your Harmonizely scheduling link, let them go ahead and schedule, and then configure the event type in Harmonizely to redirect to a custom URL when the session is scheduled. That custom URL could be a landing page on your WordPress site with further instructions, or even to a WooCommerce product page where they can continue with the purchase to confirm the appointment.

    I know that schedule-then-pay is a common workflow, but for now I don’t have any plans to support that in this plugin. This is mostly because it would require re-implementing the scheduling interactions that happen in the Harmonizely interface inside of WordPress; beyond being a non-trivial thing to do, I would hate to duplicate what Harmonizely already offers.
