    I gave 5 starts because WP Social Ninja:

    1. Addressed an issue I had and included in their latest bug fixes.
    2. And I was very impressed that they actually followed up with me to inform me that the bug I reported was fixed. I have very rarely experienced this level of service/follow up before even with very large software companies / services I use.

    Well done WP Social Ninja for a well deserved 5 stars.
