I’ve been using the free version for years with no problems. It’s actually amazing what you get for free!
Recently I upgraded to the paid version to incorporate the AI agent with orders and products. AI is a game changer, we very rarely need to involve ourselves directly with chats. Make sure you keep your knowledge base up to date with and you’ll have no issues.
