Support » Plugin: ManageWP Worker » Bricks my multisite

  • Only 40 sites on this multisite and it cant handle it without giving my entire multisite 502 errors while updating. Support is no help.

If you want to pay a hundred bucks per month for this tool to break your site – go right ahead.

    Hi Tom,

Tijana here from the ManageWP team, I’ll try to clear things out a bit.

We work on tickets on a queue-based system. I checked our queue and I saw that you sent us three tickets, all sent a bit over an hour ago so we practically had no time to get back to you.

When it comes to our update system, it works exactly the same as if the update was done via WordPress. The only difference is, that the update gets triggered remotely. Everything after that happens exactly the same as if the update was initiated from the WordPress dashboard.

Regarding the 502 Error response, I have to admit that we have never had a case where our Worker plugin caused this to happen, as it is related to the server sending an improper response.

I hope that I clarified things a bit.

    Kind regards,

Check your old tickets where you tell me there’s nothing you can do about the issue.
