Hi @readonecc,
Bricks Builder may render shortcodes inside a context (like AJAX-powered tabs or conditions) that doesn’t enqueue necessary CSS/JS from WP User Frontend. Also, JS-dependent submissions (AJAX) may fail due to missing or incorrectly scoped scripts when Bricks delays or manipulates DOM loading.
There might be other reasons for it to happen as well.
I suggest you use the default code editor of WordPress to use the WP User Frontend shortcode. It works without causing any issues to styling.
On the other hand, if you still want to use the Brick Builder, we will have to investigate further while finding out the root cause.
Please contact us so we can assist you further.
Appreciate your response and cooperation.
I have to use Bricks because this form needs to be placed on a Bricks-built page alongside other content. Additionally, it relies on Bricks’ conditional logic, where three different forms will be shown based on user selection on the page. If I may suggest, it would be great if this plugin were made compatible with popular page builders.
