Yes, and no response from the publications archive that I have seen.
Actually, I’m not sure it’s the interaction with publication archive – the search doesn’t pull anything at all when events calendar is active, including page content.
kpatrik33: can you clarify – do you mean you are finding that with only The Events Calendar active your site search fails to work as expected?
If so that is definitely not something I can replicate and we’d really need further details (though, if there is a problem along these lines that is quite independent of a conflict with the publications archive plugin then I’d encourage you to create a new thread).

I retested to be sure – the problem does only occur when both the WP Publication Archive and Events Calendar plugins are activated. Unfortunately I still have not heard back from the author of the publication archive.
Hey kpatrick33. Sorry we can’t offer up more here; this is unfortunately something you’ll probably need to take up with that other plugin’s dev. But if they note that there is something we’re doing wrong in our codebase that goes against WordPress best practices and is causing a conflict, we’d definitely be open to working with them to patch it.
