Breaks WP Galleries if set to display after 2nd+ images

    Hello!

    I’m running into an issue with this plugin and WP galleries. The HTML is missing the closing </figure> tag at the end of a default WP gallery block, but only if this plugin is set to auto insert after the 2nd (or more) image. Even if the nth image comes way before the gallery.

    The gallery set towards the bottom is set to aligncenter so you can clearly see where this is happening. Everything after that is also centered because the <figure> element isn’t closing.

    Hello,

    I’ve ran into this on two different sites. They’re set up very different but are both using Kadence theme + the kadence blocks library (and pro addons for those). However, this issue is with the default WP Gallery block, and does not occur with the Kadence gallery.

    To replicate:

    • Create a post with some content. Add a few images spread throughout the post.
    • Towards the end of the post, add a default WP Gallery block with 4 images.
    • In the TOC settings, set it to display after a set number of images. If this number is set to 1, everything is fine. If it’s set to 2 or more, the html breaks.
    • When broken, the first <figure> tag for the WP Gallery does not have a closing </figure> tag in the html, which causes everything after that to be “nested” inside the <figure> element. If the WP Gallery is set to align center, all the content after that will be aligned center.

    We have released version 2.0.84,  which addresses this issue. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version, clear your website cache, and then give it a try.
