Breaks WP Dashboard for RTL languages

    Greetings,

    Just updated to the latest version and my dashboard side bar (text area) gets messed up and switched to LTR. Also sometimes it switches back and force between LTR and RTL on mouse scroll. My WP language is Persian (RTL).

    Thanks for your time. But your online support was unable to resolve it or offer a fix. Rolling back to v1 for now.
