This is highly likely to be a problem caused by some unusual CSS styling included in your WP theme or one of the plugins you are using.
If you ask this as a question in the CF7 forum (instead of posting a 1 star review) other WordPress users will often be willing to help you solve your particular problems.
At any rate, others reading this review will hopefully consider the alternative view point I am expressing.

There’s no unusual CSS that can account for why, when I embed the form using the shortcode with the captcha activated, it screws up the entire form. The submit button moves to outside of the main body of the post – when it’s absolutely, 100% inside the post. I’ve used other contact forms with the same CSS with no such problem.
So hopefully people won’t be fooled by your lame attempt to deflect and blame my CSS for your faulty plugin.
I agree with Neil. This is the wrong place to ask for help. I just installed the plugin with Google Recaptcha, and it works just fine.
And yes, Neil is right that it’s probably your CSS. My guess is that either you or someone else has built a new theme or customized an existing theme with a logical flaw in the CSS.
The plugin works for thousands of people, as the positive reviews show.
But the bottom line is this: dissing the plugin and every other user who has success with it as a substitute for asking for help in the Support section is just plain counter-productive.

I didn’t ask for help. I reviewed the plugin.
I didn’t diss ‘everything other user who has success with it as a substitute for asking for help’.
So hopefully people won’t be fooled by your lame attempt to deflect and blame my CSS for your faulty plugin.
Two points:
1) There is only one author of this plugin: Takayuki Miyoshi.
2) I monitor this plugin’s support forums daily as a volunteer, and I haven’t seen any other instances of the issue you describe being reported in the last 6 months. Therefore, this issue is highly likely (99.9%) to be due to the unique css you have running on your site due to the theme + plugins + any customisations. This isn’t passing the buck, but is just how issues manifest in WordPress. To demonstrate the point, follow the standard WordPress troubleshooting process of switching to the Twenty-Seventeen theme and disabling all other plugins. Then test the form.
