  • According to WordPress support, the reason I can’t see video files in my Media Library is that I have this plugin installed. I can see them if I deactivate it. I tried talking to the people responsible for this plugin and they basically just denied it was happening and did nothing.

    I’ve changed my rating after my earlier review got noticed by the right people. After a little digging they identified a conflict between the plugin and VideoPress which was causing my problem and fixed it. Given how quickly they got it sorted out once I had their attention I’ve changed my rating but they still lose one point for it being difficult to get past the communication problem originally – although that was some time ago so perhaps they’ve improved their processes.

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue you have faced with our plugin. I found that you reported the problem originally eight months ago. As the support team mentioned to you, we could not reproduce the issue on any of our websites. Neither have any other users reported the issue you have reported. I still think some conflict with any of the plugins or themes or the server configuration of your website is causing the issue.

    Our support team requested you to share access to your website to find the issue. But the credentials you have shared did not work. So we were not able to check your website to find the issue. The ticket was automatically closed since there were no follow-ups. So we assumed that you had found the fix some other way.

    Your tech seemed to be unable to connect despite my inviting them. We can try again but I don’t see any ‘chat widget’ on that page.
