 * thanks for your input, I hope we can improve this plugin.
 * I’m using Pagelines DMS which helps me to create pages with drag and drop system.
 * When using your plugin, it breaks DMS… with Bootstrap CDN enabled…
    DMS already
   includes Bootstrap but probably in a way that is not recognised by your plugin.
 * When Bootstrap CDN is disabled in your options, my DMS theme works fine but the
   contact form doesn’t appear well (plain html).
