• As title says, it breaks email notifications and you won’t get “New order” notifications in your admin email nor the client will receive anything.

    We bought the plugin and support could not resolve the issue after 2 weeks (we even set up a testing site in our hosting for them to try the fixes)

    Just don’t buy it, there are other plugins that do the same and are free

    I agree that the plugin had this above-mentioned bug and that was getting replicated on your staging site only. We were unable to replicate it at our end even with the same setup of your site.

    Also, as you know we had fixed the issue on the staging site and you had confirmed that the fix is working on the staging site. The issue was that the “woocommerce_thankyou” hook was used in another plugin too due to which we had to change the priority of this hook in our plugin. And it was your site-specific issue.

    Please confirm this thing with your developer Jose who was working with us.

    It’s fine if you go with other plugins, but we did try our best to fix this site-specific issue.
