Hi, if you have the following feature enabled 6G Blacklist Firewall Rules can you disable this feature and then carry out a test?

    Report back, thank you.

    I never had that enabled.

    Hi,

What do you mean by “our feed is empty”? Is the your-domain.com/feed/ file really just a blank document or you mean that you get 403 error when you try to open the URL in your browser?

    Cheers,
    Česlav

None of the posts show up. No error as the feed is valid (even validates through the validator), it just looks like we do not have any posts. When I turned off your plugin it suddenly got populated with all the posts.

This is strange, I’m not aware of any feature of the plugin that could cause something like this.

Can you turn off all the other plugins and switch to a default theme temporarily to check, whether the issue is really caused by AIOWPSF itself? It looks more like a plugin/theme conflict to me.

Unfortunately I am not in the position to do that as we have a high profile website.

The feed broke around the same time I installed your plugin. I turned off your plugin and the feed started working again. Meanwhile I have now turned your plugin on again, to re-test, and luckily the feed is still working. At this point it will be hard to find out what initially caused the feed to break as the problem seems gone now, but I am just glad it is working again.

    Thanks

I have AIOWPS installed and I get the “Forbidden” error on Feedburner and none of my posts since Feb 2016 are syndicated. I have disabled the 5G and 6G firewall per instructions above, but still no different result. Any further suggestions? My site is capitalmarketalerts.com.

I have used the Twenty-eleven theme for some time now but the problem with the feed seemed to start with an upgrade to the AIOWPS plugin.

@capitalmarketalerts can you start a new support thread please. If you want you can also put a link back to this thread.

I am marking this thread as resolved as per @callunairis comment above, stating that the issue is resolved in their site.

    Thank you
