# Breadcrumbs separator issue

 * Greetings,
 * I’m using breadcrumbs and works fine, but by some strange reason, when i use “»”
   as a separator, the breadcrumbs works fine on all pages, except the blog/news
   pages, it will not show the categories, it will only show Article, it should 
   appear Home » New » Article.
 * But the strange part is that if use any other character, it works fine, currently
   i’m using “>” and it works fine.
 * I’m using 7.3 version.
 * Did someone had this issue?

 * Can you first please make sure you are using v4.9.5 of WordPress and the latest
   version of Yoast SEO for WordPress v7.5.1 and see if this resolves the issue?

 * So it seems that the issue still remains, everything is updated and the separator
   still breaks on blog page, it only shows the article name.
 * It’s strange, any thoughts on this?
