Breadcrumbs issues in Portfolio items

    Hello,

    We are devoping a multilingual site using WordPress, Kalium Theme and Polylang plugin. Kalium documentation says that breadcrumbs requiere Breadcrumb NavXT plugin for functionality. Then your plugin is installed and active already.

    Breadcrumbs in pages work as a charm but not in the case of Portfolio items. We have tried many different settings both in portfolio’s permalinks and in your own plugin settings but nothing seems to work. We need the simple common breadcrumbs trail of: Home > Catalog > Category > Product in both languages installed but it’s not working.

    There are so many issues that it’s impossible to describe them all in one single post. Clicking on the product page link on Breadcrumbs to reload the page fixes the category page name and URL issue, for example. I don’t think this behavior can be fixed changing a plugin setting. Is there any recommendation for the most common settings?

    We can buy the 5 sites license of your Breadcrumb NavXT Polylang Extensions plugin but we have to be sure that it is the proper solution.

    Please advise on how to proceed.

    Hello,

    I changed the Portfolio Item’s settings in Post Types tab until I finally got the desired breadcrumbs trail of: Home > Catalog > Toys > Bear. The only problem is with Catalog item, as it won’t change to the right text and link. Language change shoud result in: Inicio > Catálogo > Juguetes > Oso but it shows as: Inicio > Catalog > Juguetes > Oso because of the Portfolio Item Root Page setting.

    Please advise on how to proceed.
