Breadcrumbs flow suggestion?

This is a child site on a network. I’m using Breadcrumb NavXT to display breadcrumbs throughout the network and it’s working perfectly.

I’m just looking for suggestions on the best wording for the trail – You can see it at the link in the left sidebar.

Right now, “To Clintonville Academy” goes back to the parent site. “Home” is the home page of the child site ( a teacher’s example website), and then of course “Learning Links” is just a page within the teacher’s website.

I think that the “Home” is confusing, perhaps leading people to think they’re going back to the Clintonville Academy (parent) website, but while I see how to change the text “Home” to something else, I don’t see how to change it dynamically to something that reflects the subdomain or title of the site. Do you think that would be best anyway?
