 * The breadcrumbs are not logical. Right now it shows:
    Courses > Lessons > Lesson
   ABC Looks great until student on Lesson ABC clicks on LESSONS and all lessons
   show up, not just the lessons in that course, but all lessons in every course.
 * How can I change the breadcrumbs structure?
