Breadcrumb showing “Home” on each SERP

Hello there,

I finally let few months between the major AIO update and its numerous issues but I encounter something not SEO friendly at all.

The breadcrumb shows the HOMEPAGE name on each SERP, see the image above (Accueil is the french name of the Home)

But I don’t understand where to place this code and what it does exactly ?
