What are you trying to achieve with all of those custom taxonomies attached to your products post type? Is the intent for you product to be a member of terms from more than one of these taxonomies? If not, it may make much more sense to just have a category custom taxonomy for the product and just used hierarchical categories.

That said, your specific problem is likely due to a misunderstanding of how items are associated within WordPress. If you have a page (instance of the page post type) for each of your custom taxonomies and are expecting terms of those taxonomies to behave as children of said pages then you are in for some disappointment. Since there isn’t a clean (definitely not standard) way to relate these terms back to the page you set up for their taxonomies it isn’t possible for Breadcrumb NavXT to pull in that relationship. I’m sure there are alternate solutions to this, but the correct answer requires more knowledge of the situation (what the end goal is).
