Bread Crumbs

    I use the Joast plugin with great results, love it. I understand most of the options and whatnot, but i have no idea what breadcrumbs are or what they do.I currently hold the number 1 spot for my key word in google and 3 other key words as well, im afraid to do anything without knowing exactly what it does.
    Can anyone explain it to me like am a 6 year old child?
