    Hi! I like this plugin BUT when I use it I can’t see at my order page the logo and link to pick one of your branches. Only after updating the page this thing is appear (but it not always appear). I changed the version of php to 7.3, 7.4, 8.0, 8.1 but it still not working. Fix it please. PS. WPify Woo don’t have this issue.

    Hello @mvasylenko,
    Thank you for reporting this behaviour.

    In our plugin settings in the administration (Packeta->Settings) there is an option labeled “Widget button location in checkout” have your tried switching this option to the other possible value (After transport methods) ?

    If there are problems with the visibility of our widget button, switching this option could help.

    Hi! Of course I tried to switch it. Nothing changes. I added WPify Woo plugin. It works perfect. With your plugin I have this issue. Please fix it!

    My apologies, I didn’t know you have already tried this.

    I am so far unable to replicate this issue on your e-shop on any browser I have tried so far.
    Is there a particular browser, this is happening in? Is it also happening when you try it in a anonymous browser window?

    If it would be possible, could you send us a video of this issue happening along with an open broser console to see if any errors happen to show up during this?

    Hi! I found it! Your plugin does’t work with any other plugins which can edit checkout page (for ex. Checkout Field Editor or Safali). Please fix it!

    Can you please provide us with links to the particular plugins that cause this issue?
    Is this happening simply when these plugins are enabled or after the editing of the checkout fields?
    If so, what edit has to be done, so the issue starts happening?

    to be able to diagnose and start working on fixing this behaviour we need the information I have mentioned in my previous answers – the specific plugin which cause issues or the specific changes that cause this.

    Without this, we are unable to work this issue.

    Hi again! I’ve already written the names of plugins. It’d “Checkout Field Editor” and “Safali”).Hope you can find it in wordpress repository by yourself.

    thank you for your answer.

    The thing is, that I have tried searching for these plugins the moment you have mentioned them – I was unable to find any plugin named “Safali” in the WordPress repository and on the other hand, there is a lot of plugins named “Checkout field editor” from different authors with variations of this plugin name (once again I was unable to find a plugin, that would be named precisely “Checkout field editor”).

    Only now, when searching also the localized version, I have found a plugin named Saphali Woocommerce Russian – is this the plugin you mentioned originaly?

    If so, may I ask for the information when does this issue start happening?
    Is this happening simply when these plugins are enabled or after the editing of the checkout fields? If so, what edit has to be done, so the issue starts happening?

    my apologies, but I have tried to replicate your issue on our side with the Saphali plugin, but I was not successful – even when we have tried replicating the issue on your e-shop, it was not happening (we have tried multiple browsers on different computers).

    Thus far, since we can not replicate the issue, we can not work on fixing it, since we do not know what causes it.
