Hi @silverks, Sorry for delay in getting back to you, did you checked if you are getting any errors in console while you enable 1.4.9 and Braintree Drop-in UI? Also, are you seeing any other errors inside Braintree logs?
Additionally, you can try to turn OFF any other plugins you might have installed to see if there is some conflict happening ?
Please check those and let me know .
Thanks!
There is one error in the console that appears only on the checkout page:
inject.preload.js:373 GET blob:http://localhost/8d2b75fd-d84b-4779-afe3-0b1f62d188e3 0 ()
This only appears in Chrome though, whereas the issue occurs in all browsers that I tested with.
I’ve also tried turning off all plugins except WooCommerce and Paypal for WooCommerce, but the issue persists.
No errors inside Braintree logs, just a lot of lines like these:
2018-06-07T06:22:47+00:00 INFO Begin Braintree_ClientToken::generate Request
2018-06-07T06:23:07+00:00 INFO Begin Braintree_ClientToken::generate Request
2018-06-07T06:23:10+00:00 INFO Begin Braintree_ClientToken::generate Request
@silverks, That’s odd though, we are not getting any reports of this from other users nor we have seen this on our demo setup so something unique might be happening in your case though. To debug further I have escalated this ticket to our lead developer , we will discuss and will get back to you as soon as we can.
Thanks!
@silverks, I have discussed with our lead developer and he is not able to reproduce this issue either. Look like something specific to your site though. Please submit a ticket here and include our plugin log and staging site details for our developer’s review.
Thanks!
Thanks @angelleyesupport. I’ve submitted the ticket with the details (ref # AHD-212).
Thanks @angelleyesupport. I’ve submitted the support ticket as suggested.
@silverks thanks for doing that, we have received your ticket and is replied accordingly. Please follow your ticket to get further assistance.
