Got this error message at checkout: Braintree can’t verify the website ssl. Please contact the server or try again.

Thus unable to enter credit card details.

I’m using the latest versions of the plugin and i am using theatest versions of woocommerce, wordpress and theme as well.

Braintree support claims that it is a problem with sdk but i have seen in this dorjm that the latest version of the plugin is already using a more advanced version of sdk.

Should I do something to my ssl or is this indeed a plugin issue? It does not work even when i deactivated all other plugins.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there @limgabriel10,

Braintree cannot verify your server’s SSL certificate. Please contact your hosting provider or try again later.

Braintree requires that your site use SSL to keep your customers information safe. I can already see by your site’s URL that you aren’t using SSL, as it says http instead of https.

You’ll need to get SSL set up on your site; here’s how to get started:

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
