Brackets of shortcode visible on page

    I’m rather new with WP and do not know much about codes, but Print-O-Matic appears to be working fine with me regarding functionality and layout. On my web page however the brackets of the shortcode are visible []. Any idea how to make them invisble? My site is not yet online but I will do so if needed. Thanks.
