Delete or refresh the browser cache or see if it works in another browser (I’m assuming you didn’t forget to save the change on the plugin’s settings page).

i didn’t forget about saving πŸ™‚ i try deleting and refresh browser cache but it is still not working. i check it in opera, ie 10, ff, safari. the fun part is that i can do one page break but if i’m trying to do 2 line breaks to leave one line empty wordpress deletes br tags πŸ™

Ah, I think I understand what the problem is… WordPress uses the so-called “autop” which makes the Text editor better/easier to type in. If there are more than one BR tags or line breaks, it automatically tries to convert them to a P tag. if the P tags already exist, the extra are removed.

To add some empty space you will need to add <p>&nbsp;</p>. This is not a good practice (you should be using CSS to add padding) but should work.

thanks but i should be able to and blank line i visual editor because this is for people who are not very good with html. i manage to resolve it another way. i create a shortcode which is creating padding πŸ™‚ and it is working
