    1. Clear your Browser cache and refresh your Browser to see if this is a cache issue/problem.

    2. Another plugin’s CSS or js scripts might be loading in BPS plugin pages causing the BPS CSS and js scripts not to display correctly. Right mouse click in the Edit/Upload/Download page, click View Source to view the source code of the page and post any URL paths that you see that have the “plugins” folder name in the path.
    Example: http: //

    3. Which version of WordPress do you have installed? I believe that the new jQuery code for WordPress 3.6 causes minor visual display problems in older versions of WordPress.

    4. Which Browser, Browser version and Operating System do you have? BPS has been tested with Chrome several versions, Firefox several versions, IE several versions, Safari several versions.

The editing window is resizable. Click and drag the bottom right corner to resize the editing window.

Thank you for your prompt help, support and comprehensive checklist!

I was initially relieved when I first saw that characteristic corner indicating a resizable window – but it didn’t respond to my attempts.

I’m using Safari 6.0.4 on Mac 10.8.3. (And I’m relieved to have found, after reading your post above, that the window in question can be resized on my Firefox browser – so I’m not out of options, should I need those buttons!)

    My WordPress version is 3.5.1.

Next are “link rel = stylesheet id”-listed plugins/ (in order of appearance):
    1. /nivo-slider/ (deactivating it did not fix the issue)
    2. /bps-css-css/
    3. /jetpack/ (deactivating it did not fix the issue)

I tried my best to find plugin .js scripts, but haven’t found any.

Other plugins listed elswhere in the source code (probably related to the appearance of their links in the sidebar):

Ok just to be sure we are talking about the same exact thing. The .htaccess editing window is extending all the way to the right and is covering the File Downloads buttons correct?

If so, the File Downloads buttons are completely obsolete/defunct and are something that is pending deletion in a future version of BPS.

We do not have a Mac system to test with so what I suspect is occurring is that the visual display coding is just not displaying quite right for your particular system/browser combination.

Fantastic! That means there is nothing I should worry about, then.

(More so with BPS BulletProof Security enabled!!! I’m sure to purchase the Pro version, considering the plugin’s great functionality and technical support!)

I’m marking this topic as resolved.
