if you can’t find it there, i’m willing to bet a LOT of money that Jim had his developers build the plugin for him from scratch (to include all those things together). hell, i’m quite sure he had nothing to do with the design himself.

you could just add the links into the post page yourself… so that it shows up in every individual post.
