Boxzilla not showing on iPhone 12

Hello!
The plugin is working perfectly, but only one of my clients, who uses an iPhone 12, says he can’t see the pop-up box, on both chrome and safari (with no ad or pop up blocking options).

I’ve seen the code, and it seems to work perfectly on other devices.

Been trying to find an answer online, but couldn’t find anything.

Do you have any idea of why this could happen?
