    Thanks for a handy plugin.

I have a couple of issues with it however, which I hope you can help with.

    1) Please, please, please allows for html markup inside the boxes. At the moment I add html and it works fine, but when I go back to edit, everything has been converted to ASCII and I have to reformat it all, over and over again!

    2) I bought the responsive pack, but I cannot get it to work regardless of what I do. If I select 2-column layout then the width is fine, but the height collapses to about 10px. If I resize the screen then they pop out to full height, but not until then.
Additionally, I tried making them all 2-column responsive, but it didn’t work, so I changed back. Now one of the boxes has shrunk to around 10px tall and 50px wide (not the size I have set AT ALL). No matter what I try the box stays the same size.

Overall these issues have had me waste HUGE amounts of time using this plugin, when it was supposed to save time from coding CSS sprites.

If you could let me know a solution asap, that would be greatly appreciated.

In fact, it seems to be the same save issue as other people have reported. When I refresh the page and go to the relevant box it is still marked as 2-column responsive.

Tried saving as a different box, but just didn’t save.

    Hello xnpio,

I am sorry that your experience with Visual Slide Box Builders has not been the best, for problem 1: The HTML fix will be coming soon. The fix for problem 2: I have seen this happen often, and what needs to be done is give teh parent wrapper containing the [shortcode] a height. Let me know if this works…

    Hi Enmanuel,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, however, that width fix isn’t working. I have tried wrapping it in both div and span tags, specifying width and/or height in both px and em. Nothing seems to make the box full size!

    Any other ideas?

The box look full size, did you fix it? Or Am I missing something?
