After loading Boxilla and creating a box, I can’t seem to get it to load on my company’s website, https://www.dutyfirst.com. Here are my settings:

    Screen shot of boxilla settings.

It looks like there might be a javascript error? I’ve combed through the support topics and tried a few suggestions, but I’m not sure what is wrong. Does anything jump out?

    Hi,

A script loaded by our plugin (https://d7bclpigzytw0.cloudfront.net/wp-content/plugins/boxzilla/assets/js/script.min.js?ver=3.1.13) is blocked with error ” 403 No acces” by your WordPress or server.

Do you have some security plugin or does it have to do with the cloudfront maybe? Any other idea what might be causing this?

    Thanks for letting us know!

I see what you are talking about now. I went into our CDN settings and allowed for external javascript files, although that didn’t help (javascript file is internal anyway). I’m still digging and will post fix, if I ever find one. I appreciate your looking into it.

Close all your other plugins and them activated one by one, so you rule out of there is a plugin whats the problem caused.

So this was a permission issue – the plugin files needed to be uploaded to the CDN.
