Hi maxborgatti, I thought this had already been fixed but sadly I have no iDevice to test with. Can you share a link? Maybe there is something else going on…
http://centrosportivobarca.it/MOBILE/gallery/
the first slideshow is triboulant, and the fancybox opens correctly
others are images, and open fancybox through easyfancybox plugin. they open correctly under chrome, firefox, etc, but open fancybox at the center of the page in ios and safari mobile (not tested on safari desktop – i can do if you desire) so you have to scroll to find it
Could you test switching off the option “Center on Scroll” on Settings > Media? Please let me know if this changes the initial centering on the iDevices…
ok i did more accurate tests
you can go here:

under gallery
on all browser, fancybox open in what position you are. under safari, triboulant (the top slide) “centers” your position when clicked, while easy fancybox let you remain in your position and opens fancibox in the middle of page (don’t scroll you where it opens)
the gallery is in a sandboxed iframe. if you enable “allow-top-navigation”, also easyfancybox starts working correctly

Is that a theme option or from the slider plugin?
And is there an option in the slider plugin to disable the lightbox? It will be better for site performance to limit the number of (lightbox) scripts and Easy FancyBox should be able to detect the slider image links automatically.
disabling triboulant doesn’t solve the problem
i’ll disable sandbox
