 * It appears that the box is always loading on my website and it doesn’t seem to
   stop… Anybody could help ?!

 * Apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please make sure that you are
   using the latest version v2.0.5 of the plugin? Usually cases like this happen
   because of some JavaScript error in the theme.
