I cannot manage to get a working Bouncing setup.
The mailbox receiving our newsletter’s bounced email messages is hosted by Gmail.
The whole config complies with Gmail’s directions for IMAP accounts: port 993, IMAP access enabled on the mailbox side, “less secure” client access enabled for the corresponding Google account. The manually entered password is correct.
Despite this, while attempting to “Save settings and test now” or “Save settings and handle manually bounces now” the outcome is the following:

(!) Error during connection test… [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response).

    What am I missing?

    Thank you in advance

Hi, maybe some other field is not correct. If I remember well, the username should be the email address. The optional flag should be /ssl/novalidate-cert, the folder empty.

    Great!
The optional flag was missing. Filling it out with “/ssl/novalidate-cert” helped. Now everything works as expected.

    Thank you so much
