Hi everyone, hope someone there could help me pls...
I am newbie in the website development... I bought a ready website with already instaled WordPress. I received users names and passwords for the cPanel and WordPress. I manage to enter cPanel without problems, but couldn't access WordPress admin panel at all (giving me error). I've tryed any ways- copy n paste, typing carefully(capital/small letters..)- didn't work our for me...
I contacted the support team and they reset the passworts (the same). I've tryed again to log in- no success....
My question is: is there any way to reset the password for wordpress from my cPanel(i hv access to it). I the cpanel i can see icons like:
MySQL database, phpMyAdmin... Is this can help me?...
    Thanks

There are a few ways to reset the password:

It's also possible it might be a hosting issue - see:

Thanks so much!!! The problem has been resolved:
I used the first link you gave me. I accessed phpMyAdmin (from cPanel)
Then found wp-users, press edit. Then: entered a new password (used b4 that md5 Hash generator, from the link), and in the left side of the password (the first colum) i select MD5....
    Then press: Go
And here we go- I am in my wp admin panel!!!

    Once again: Thanks so much!
