    I’m sorry to read that you could not get as quick an answer as your premium purchase allows to.
    This forum is only for the free version, and I check this about once a week or every two weeks. Yet, if you bought the premium version of this plugin, you could have opened (and still you can, of course) a support ticket from this page …
    After all, we are not even allowed to give support for the premium version of this plugin on this forum, so the only way to get premium support is through that link, and you will also get faster support.
