Bought Gold Cart Plugin and didn't get it

Hello.. we just bought the Gold Cart Plugin premium pluggin but we don’t have access to the paypal email anymore and we didn’t get the plugin in the other email we entenred.
Anyone knows who we can contact to see how to solve this issue?
