Bought font customizr but not working and can't access to support

Hello 🙂

I bought yesterdat the WP designer bundle on Themes & CO.

Featured page seems to work but not font customizr: it is shown in the personalize menu but there is nothing inside.

I know there is a dedicated support forum but I can’t write on it because I’m not a “premium user” which is strange because it is said in my account that I bought the package and I recieved the mails for the download and the activation keys (it is activated in wordrpess).

So I’m a bit lost :s how I can join the support to tell them I can’t join them :s ?
