[UPDATED]Bought, Doesn’t Work, No support

Bought the premium plugin as it was advertised that it is compatible with Elementor Pro. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the Elementor Pro and I got in touch with the support. I received a reply the next day, to provide access so they can investigate. I was also running out of the refund time, so I got in touch with them and they promised a refund (I have proof) if no solution. I agreed to extend the waiting time for another week, but after this extra week there was no solution and no communication from the support. I requested a refund 3 working days ago and have not received an acknowledgment email from them, that they have received the request, like I said, they took my money and disappeared – be aware!
[UPDATE] So I got contacted by the support stating, that the whole team were on holiday for that week when I was promised a solution. When they came back, the refund process was already started, no solution. I got my refund. I wish I could delete this review but I can’t, also, I can’t rate this plugin at 5 stars as it did not delivered what it was advertised for, here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/5GrIik84HTe5
And I can’t leave this review at 1 star, as I got my refund and that part of the problem was solved.
Conclusion:
1) The plugin did not worked as advertised;
2) Contacted the support for solution and gave them time to come up with a solution (they even had a staging site with admin access, but in 2 weeks not once they logged in);
3) Got my refund in the end.
So, I think 3 stars is fair enough in this case.
