• Hi, I have had ongoing issues with the header image in 2017 theme. I love how responsive this theme is, but I need the top of the image to be cropped by default rather than the bottom.

In this example, the bottom of the text is cut off by the menu, but in other sites I have done, showing the photo of the front of a historic building for example, the front door would be cut off etc. I think it’s just an issue of the type of sites I do (historic buildings and churches) that the detail of the image is often clustered at the bottom of the image and the top of the image is just… sky 🙂

I have tried things like creating padding at the bottom of the image, but then it looks bad on mobile where the image is more fixed.

Any ideas how to achieve this?

ps, I looked through the other posts, as I know this is an issue for a few people, but couldn’t find a solution that made it “sticky to the bottom” specifically
