Both languages are being displayed (works fine when logged in)

I’m having an issue where the plugin works totally fine when logged in, but when looking at the site as a regular user, both languages are being displayed. It’s hosted on GoDaddy, and they have a some plugin on their end, but otherwise the only plugin being used is ACF Pro, so unless its a conflict with the godaddy plugin, I can’t imagine a plugin conflict is the issue. Any thoughts?

EDIT: I’ve also tried refreshing permalinks
