Bot protection “not able to fetch data” in cloudways

    Hello team

    I am using the Bot Protection feature on Cloudways which is powered by Malcare. However after every few days the Bot Protection is not able to “fetch data” and this error shows. Only option is to disable and enable and it happens again after few days. Clicking the try again button doesnt resolve this.

    Is it a known issue and how can this be resolved? Thanks.

    This is not a known issue as we have not come across such an error in the past.

    Can you please reach out to the Cloudways team to get more information on what is causing this issue? If required, the Cloudways team will get in touch with our team to obtain more information regarding the source of the issue here.
